2. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale (T&C) govern the sales of products made on the website www.bynice.ch. Any order placed on our site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&C.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.bynice.ch. We reserve the right to modify our catalog at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Order

You can place an order directly on our website. Validation of your order implies acceptance of these T&C and constitutes proof of the sales contract.

6. Payment

Payment is made online securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are: credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made within Switzerland only. Delivery times are indicated for information purposes when ordering. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

Transport liability: Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, byNice cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, theft or damage occurring during transport. The carrier's liability applies from the moment the parcel is collected. In case of delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option to ensure traceability of your order.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons.

9. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their original packaging. Return costs are at the customer's expense. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product.

10. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with Swiss law.

11. Liability

byNice cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike.

12. Personal Data

The information collected when you place your order is necessary for processing it. It is intended for byNice and will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties. In accordance with Swiss data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

13. Applicable Law

These T&C are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
